Dynamic Diversity programs utilize -   
In a musical collaboration defined roles are necessary -
or we end up with noise instead of a rhythmic song!  
The same is true with a team.
This is not about
learning to play the drum.
It is about learning
about each other.
Making music together this way can open the door to
understanding how we think and make decisions. This is the critical
beginning of becoming a team.  Because the music and the rhythm celebrate both
commonalities and differences, there is no right or wrong.  All that matters is that
everyone tries, every voice is heard, and everyone has fun!
